As you can see the image above shows that we had similar ideas - in terms of Kate presented as a puppet on the front and an image of Tom on the back. I quite liked Gemma's idea of having an image of Tom in silhouette on the back cover and therefore we have decided to proceed with this idea as we believe it will present a sense of mystery. This will possibly encourage the purchaser to buy the product as they might want to discover who the silhouetted character is and it also presents the idea of a villain, an evil character.
We also discussed the idea of placing the image on the front cover in black and white and then placing the colour of red in colour i.e. the red jeans and Kate's red lips. We believe by doing this the colour red will amplify a feeling of love and romance.
